About Left Hand Trainer
For most PC gamers, the left hand does the heavy lifting. While your right hand aims, your left handles every movement, ability and interaction — WASD, abilities on Q E R F, weapon swaps on the number row, crouch, sprint and more. Yet almost nobody trains it directly.
Left Hand Trainer is a free, browser-based reaction trainer built to fix exactly that. It drills the keys you actually use in-game with short, intense rounds designed to build speed, accuracy and muscle memory — so your fingers find the right key without you thinking about it.
What makes it different
This isn't a generic typing test. It's tuned for gaming: five training modes, difficulty levels with real reaction deadlines, key-set presets for FPS, MOBA and MMO titles, a live virtual keyboard that teaches key positions, and per-key reaction stats so you can see exactly which keys are slowing you down.
Built for streamers too
A dedicated streamer mode gives you a clean, oversized overlay — with an optional green-screen background — that drops straight into OBS for on-stream reaction challenges with your chat. Shareable score cards make it easy to post a run and dare your community to beat it.
Free, private, no account
Everything runs in your browser. All of your scores, streaks and stats are stored locally on your device — there's no sign-up and no tracking of your gameplay. The site is kept free through unobtrusive ads and optional tips from players who want to support it.
